I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and elegant with a noisy jacuzzi on the third floor offering a lovely view of the fountains and central patio. The service was exceptional, with helpful and polite staff providing excellent recommendations. The location was amazing, close to the downtown area of Aguascalientes. The dining experience was superb, offering a large buffet of fresh and delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.
The hotel was very clean and elegant with artwork and a separate sitting area in the King size bedroom located on the third floor, offering a nice view to the fountains and central patio. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff, from reception to room service. The location was perfect with a beautiful traditional Mexican flair close to museums and parks. The dining experience served a very good buffet of fresh, delicious fruits, cereals, and Mexican specialties. However, the location was added later and struck me as less than ideal.
